  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Carry out detailed analysis and sorting of the client and the defect rate of the investment line, clarify the quality of the company, and always find problems to improve internally, and ensure that the customers can smoothly invest in our products and smoothly produce;

  2. Accept the customer's complaints, organize the relevant departments of the company to complete the abnormal improvement in strict accordance with the time specified by the customer, and track the improvement effect and supervise the long-term implementation of the production line;

  3. Promote quality improvement, reduce non-performing rate and client non-performing rate, and reduce the number of customer returns;

  4. Communicate frequently with customer quality, biotechnology and other departments to understand customer requirements and meet customer needs;

  5. Understand the information of competitors and product investment, and lay the foundation for the company's quality improvement;

  6. Other matters that the leadership confesses.

  JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Education: Full-time undergraduate and equivalent qualifications;

  2. Cheerful and outgoing, good at effective communication;
